One of the most popular forms practiced worldwide for its 
health benefits. Yang-style 85 form tai chi is based on Yang Chengfu’s final revision of 85 postures, as seen in his book published in 1936. 

This tai chi form is known as the Traditional Form 
or the Long Form. The Yang-style 85 form tai chi 
is also called 88, 103, 108 or 150 form, depending on 
how the forms are counted and its number of repetitions.
