Sun Style Tai Chi was created by Great Grand Master Sun Lu Tang, one of China's most prominent Martial Arts Master in recent Chinese History.

It is a great Tai Chi exercise for improving joint mobility, muscle tone, and bone density, also effective in enhancing organ functions and boost Qi and blood circulation.

Master Tary is 4th generation bearer of Sun Style Tai Chi, studied under famous Tai Chi and XingYi Grand Master Professor Li Deyin. Master Tary is also the Founder / Chief Instructor of Deyin Taijiquan Institute (International), President of Wudang Wushu Association (UK), Vice President of the British Health Qigong Association.

8 Brocades Qigong Practice
This is the qigong practice of the 8 Brocades, or Baduanjin. Regular practice is believed to improve organ function and overall wellbeing. It was filmed in Beijing in September, 2014. Watch out for some cameo appearances from interested onlookers and passers-by!
