Per instructor's request, this is created by Dr. Jesse Tsao totally based on the popular Simplified Tai Chi Form 24. It is easy to learn for those people who knows the barehand form. The purpose is to use the staff to train your neigong and neijin internal power. Strike the staff to create vibration force kicking back to your body to improve your structure alignment and balance. 
 
This is for Tai Chi Healthways instructor program continue training curriculum, and is also to honor Professor Li Deyin who is the icon of Tai Chi Form 24. Dr. Tsao was trained under him in Beijing, China from 1978 to 1987.
