Loose and Sink to Foot is a
Compulsory Course for Taichiquan

(Tai Chi Step, The Secret: Pussy Cat of Feet, Sun on Waist)

Qigong and the Tai Chi Axis:
Nourishing Practices for Body, Mind and Spirit
With Mimi Kuo-Deemer

From reducing stress and improving posture to balance and general mobility, the many physical and mental benefits of Qigong and Tai Chi are widely celebrated. In this accessible book, Mimi Kuo-Deemer offers practices, insights and wisdom on these arts, and shows us how to support our natural capacity for energy, balance and wellbeing.

Qigong's approach is based on the Chinese Five Elements or Phases of wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Each natural element relates to an organ and meridian system in the body, and Qigong and the Tai Chi Axis will explore each of these elements as they relate to our physical, mental and emotional health. It also will include popular and widely practiced sequences and forms such as the 8 Brocades, Five Animal Frolics, Tai Chi Qigong 18 Forms and Five Element Qigong practices and explore how these lead to wholeness, nourishment and health.

You know what?

Details are the first element

to learn Tai Chi well.

Yang style Tai Chi 85 Form Part

Tai Chi Quan Yang style Traditional 85 Form part You know what? Details are the first element to learn Tai Chi well | Yang Style Tai Chi | 99% don't know. The secret of practicing Taijiquan well is "meticulous," especially Yang Style Taijiquan!

Since ancient times, Chinese traditional culture has paid attention to "details determine success or failure," and beginners of Taijiquan, even those who have practiced for decades, do not know how to start from the subtle and experience Taijiquan from the mysterious. The biggest difference between Taijiquan and other boxing is here. A "continuous" requires you to practice and understand all your life, so that you can follow up and down and be a family. Most people spend their energy on the research of how to attack and how to apply.

Without basic training and the foundation of internal skills, how can you attack and apply? In this video, I hope you can pay attention to the performance of "crotch" in Huangshan master's movements, which is the detail of practicing Taijiquan, and the performance of "crotch" is reflected in the change of "center of gravity"! If you understand the change of "shadow boxing" and "shadow boxing", then you will gradually understand the change of "shadow boxing" and do "shadow boxing!" Remember, deficiency and reality are the first essence of Taijiquan!
