The Real Tai Chi Master

Learning Tips / More China

更中国More China

Mr. Chen Boxiang is the 18th generation of the Chen clan.
To learn Tai Chi in right way, you have to observe the rules first. Submit yourself to those rules from head to foot. No splayfoot (the spreading of the metatarsal bones), no body movement, no shoulder sway and no trace when hitting. Also, to learn Tai Chi you need
to practice a lot, the teacher or Shifu can only teach you
how to move, but not how to make the effort.
