Jeff Michaud, student of Master Kai-Ying Tung (tungkaiying.com) since 1993, demonstrates Yang-Style Fast T'ai Chi Ch'uan. This fast form, developed as a training exercise for senior students, was first taught by Master's Yang Cheng-fu and Tung Ying-Chieh. Together they developed this fast form from the Yang Style Slow Set.
