Qigong for Neck & Shoulder Pain, 
Tension and Stress

This short Qigong sequence is a combination of a few practices Tao Yin Qigong and Qigong body tapping technique. The movements are designed to aid blood circulation in the upper back and release muscle tension from the neck and shoulders so we feel good and relaxed. Practice it first thing in the morning or anytime during the day.
