Months ago I made a video showing how in many ways Tai Chi has transformed my life and I asked at the end of it for you to show your Tai Chi wherever you are in the world.
Now amazingly, wonderfully 36 of you made a submission and this video shows this community's Tai Chi from around the world.
Watch out for two things in this video
1) is the sheer variation there are fast forms, slow forms, forms with the hands swords forms and forms with fans.
2) the fact you can clearly see there are masters of their craft in this video and also complete beginners and yet everyone's Tai Chi is a pleasure to watch.
So, hopefully that should give you some confidence if you're thinking about trying Tai Chi that yourTai Chi will be powerful, peaceful and beautiful no matter your experience.
