鄭曼青 (1902—1975)，宋美齡晚年國畫老師。原名岳，號曼髯，永嘉城區（今溫州鹿城區）人。擅詩、書、畫、拳、醫五長，故被贊為“一代奇才”，亦素有“五絕老人”“永嘉五絕”美稱。
鄭曼青的書畫別開生面，當年聲名之重，不亞於張大千。
鄭曼青還是太極名師楊澄甫的弟子，得其要旨，創“鄭子太極拳三十七式”，武藝超群，英軍軍官訪華時與之切磋，驚嘆：“君之臂是鐵否？”
鄭曼青又是杏林高手，懸壺濟世，人稱“鄭一帖”。
