37 Movement Tai Chi, Annotated

 

I have arbitrarily broken the form into 5 parts indicated by ALL CAPS. For me, it has been helpful to generally think of the repetition of the SINGLE WHIP as a sort of demarcation between sections. Of course, the ultimate goal is to let the form flow seamlessly between each position.
