Small sections of the foundation, large frame, of Yang Taiji training. This is the frame used within Taiji to train the correct use of the body's Jin and Qi in fairly fundamental patterns. The emphasis is upon release of the body's Qi and power which is directed by the Yi, guided by the Yao and directed through the opening and closing of the Kua.

Cloud Hands is aTai Chi Qigong movement meditation also known as Wave Hands like Clouds and uses a double arm silk reeling movement with a side stepping action. The hands and arms rotate and move in a circular pattern and is likened to the weaving motion of a silk worm.

(Earl Montague (1949-2011) was an Australian tai chi master, who studied with several masters and eventually went to China. In 1985 he was the first Westerner to participate in the All China National Wushu Tournament. After three hours of testing by a panel of three internal arts masters, he was awarded the degree of master.
