It was an inspiring experience to feel the energy (Chi) while doing Tai Chi in Iceland - on its beaches and in its unspoiled wilderness. This video was taken near Stuykkisholmum National Park (pronounce that one) along the western peninsula of Iceland - in early September.

Taijiquan is the last created style of Sun Style Internal Martial Arts. Traditional Sun Style Taijiquan is the pride of Sun Style Arts and the unification of three arts. 
 
The form demonstrated here is from Sun Lu Tang's book "The Study of Taijiquan." The form is demonstrated by Master Ivan Ang from Singapore. Sun Style 4th Generation under GM Sun Wan Rong, granddaughter of Sun Style founder Sun Lu Tang.

Yinianzhai - Wu style Taijiquan, part 1 of 6

 


The first part of the original Wu style Taijiquan is demonstrated by Elena Camesi Janke and Manuela Catti, founder and collaborator of the Yinianzhai School in Bern and Locarno, Switzerland. Set on the banks of the Maggia Delta in the early morning the movements are accompanied by the music "Klang and Gong" composed by André Desponds & Friends who donated their work for this project.
