Follow along as we play Chungliang Al Huang's Five Moving Forces, a form of Tai Chi inspired by the wuxing or five elements of Chinese philosophy - Fire, Water, Wood, Metal, and Earth. This form is perfect for a quick burst of energy and tranquillity during a busy day, or can be extended for a longer practice.
I’m a huge admirer of Chungliang Al Huang and hope to pay homage to his wisdom and positivity with this demonstration. Shot in the stunning Scottish Highlands, this follow-along video is an excellent way to experience the benefits of this beautiful form. It’s also an excellent starting point for anyone interested in experiencing the advantages of tai chi for beginners.
